Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You will deliver excellent customer service, educate shoppers on loyalty programs, and use omnichannel tools to create a seamless shopping experience.

You will collaborate with leadership to achieve store goals, support all areas of the sales floor, and ensure a clean, organized workspace. The role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Comfort with using omnichannel tools to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Seek out and engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
