Old Navy is hiring Brand Associates in Minnesota to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, educate customers on products and loyalty programs, and collaborate with leadership to drive sales using an omni-channel approach.

You will engage customers, maintain a tidy store environment, and support various store operations while representing the brand with a focus on service, teamwork, and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Be willing to learn and use technology tools.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to stand, walk, move, and lift up to 30 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers on loyalty programs and products.
• Support operations on the sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house.
