Job summary

Old Navy is hiring Brand Associates to bring the brand to life for customers. You will educate customers on products and loyalty programs, assist on the sales floor, fitting rooms and at checkout, and help create a fast, welcoming shopping experience.

You’ll engage with customers, learn our omni-channel tools, and contribute to meeting store goals while maintaining a clean, organized environment. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use retail technology and point-of-sale systems.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat customers and employees with respect to support a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Enhance the customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
