Job summary

Old Navy in Rochester, MN is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll be delivering friendly service, educating shoppers on product options, and using an omni-channel approach to build loyalty and drive sales.

As part of the team, you’ll work with leadership to meet store goals, assist on the sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap, and keep a neat, productive workspace. Flexibility for holidays, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Friendly customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Able to work flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the sales floor.
• Experience with retail technology and POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat customers and teammates with respect to create a positive environment.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and product offerings.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and provide excellent service.
• Utilize omnichannel tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house as needed.
