Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will educate customers, drive sales, and deliver a best-in-class experience using an omni-channel approach.

Contribute to a positive store environment, participate in loyalty education, and collaborate with leadership to meet store goals. This role requires flexibility for a varied schedule and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to engage customers and drive sales.
• Comfort with using retail technology and POS systems.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Drive sales with suggestive selling and omnichannel offers.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area across the store.
• Support cash wrap, fitting rooms, back of house as needed.
• Engage with customers to create a positive shopping experience.
