Old Navy is looking for a Brand Associate who brings our brand to life for customers. You’ll educate, inform and inspire shoppers, delivering a best‑in‑class experience through an omni‑channel approach.

Collaborating with leadership, you’ll support sales floor operations, fitting rooms and cash wrap, maintain a neat work area, and engage customers with courtesy, flexibility and a can‑do attitude, including lifting up to 30 lbs.

• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues/returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
