Old Navy is seeking a Full-Time Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You’ll deliver outstanding service, educate shoppers about products, and collaborate with leadership to create a seamless omni-channel experience.

This role emphasizes a customer-focused mindset, ability to sell with confidence, and flexibility to work a retail schedule, including holidays and weekends. You’ll lift up to 30 lbs and help keep the sales floor organized.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Retail experience and ability to drive sales via suggestive selling.
• Familiarity with omnichannel shopping experiences.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.
• Lift up to 30 lbs.
