Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year selling or retail experience.

• Ability to upsell and build client base.
• Flexibility with schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by prioritizing the customer.
• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, personal stylists, and store leadership.
• Ensure sales floor is neat, signed for sales and markdowns.
• Plan and lead customer-facing vendor events.
• Be proficient with Macy's POS to wrap up sales.
