You’ll embody the brand, stay connected with nature, and collaborate with store leadership on initiatives. This role emphasizes customer service, adaptability, and active participation in community events.

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience to our guests by sharing technical product knowledge and helping solve problems.
• Build a deep understanding of our products and weave this information into guest interactions authentically.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and within the community.
• Develop your passions in and out of the store with team support.
• Support store leadership on projects and brand initiatives to elevate guest experience.
