Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Product Guide to deliver an unforgettable brand experience on the retail floor. You will share technical product knowledge, assist guests with tailored recommendations, and represent the brand in-store and in the community.

The role requires a passion for customer service, flexibility, and a willingness to engage with guests while maintaining Arc’teryx standards and values. Availability includes weekends and varying shifts in a fast-paced, outdoor-focused environment.

• Develop your passions in and out of the store with team support.
• Support with store projects and brand initiatives to elevate guest experience.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
• Maintain an open, collaborative relationship with your team and leadership.
