Job summary

Arc’teryx Equipment is seeking a Product Guide to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the Aspen retail floor. You’ll share in-depth gear knowledge and recommend products based on guest interests, while staying true to the brand’s outdoor ethos.

You’ll collaborate with store leadership, support merchandising, and participate in community initiatives. This role emphasizes problem solving, autonomy, and a passion for getting outside.

• Understand products deeply and weave information into guest interactions.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Develop passions and support store leadership on projects and initiatives.
• Provide merchandising feedback to improve in-store experience and drive sales.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with team and leadership.
• Handle store tasks and respond to calls, emails, and social inquiries.
• Process guest transactions accurately using the POS system.
