Job summary

ARC’TERYX is seeking a Product Guide to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the retail floor in Park City. You will share technical product knowledge, solve problems, and build trust with guests while representing the brand with authenticity.

You will collaborate with store leadership on initiatives, develop your passion for outdoor gear, and help elevate guest experiences through merchandising insights and proactive service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience through product knowledge and problem solving.
• Build deep product understanding and weave it into guest interactions authentically.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in store and community.
• Develop passions with team support and participate in store projects.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
• Maintain open, collaborative relationships with the team and leadership.
• Support store tasks as assigned by leadership and respond to guest inquiries.
• Operate the POS system for transactions, warranties, trades, and returns.
• Assist with inventory receipt and unpacking as needed (5–30 lbs).
