Arc'teryx DC is seeking a part-time Product Guide to deliver an unforgettable guest experience on the retail floor. You will share technical product knowledge, recommend gear based on interests, and support the store with community initiatives.

You will be a brand ambassador, enjoy problem solving, and stay flexible in a dynamic retail environment. This role emphasizes in-person service, teamwork, and a passion for outdoor living.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work part-time and weekends.
• Willingness to work in a retail environment and outdoors.
• Strong problem-solving and self-motivation.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and assisting with problem solving.
• Build a strong understanding of Arc'teryx products and weave this information into guest interactions.
• Champion Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Support store leadership on projects and brand initiatives while developing personal skills.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to enhance sales.
• Maintain open, collaborative relationships with team and leadership.
• Assist with store tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Answer phones and respond to voicemails/emails, including social channels when needed.
• Process guest transactions via POS, including warranties, Used Gear trades, purchases, and returns.
• Receive and unpack inventory, handling 5–30 lb boxes as required.
