Job summary

Ralph Lauren Brand Ambassadors play a crucial role in delivering a personalized shopping experience. They are the entry point for future leadership roles, consistently providing customer-first service and fashion knowledge while meeting store standards and contributing to sales goals.

You'll engage with customers, educate them on programs and offerings, and support store operations, including replenishment and floor sets, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap and office; lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including days, evenings, weekends and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Achieves or exceeds individual KPI targets (SPH, data capture, etc.).
• Contributes to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with the team.
• Connects customers via the Polo Connect program.
• Maintains store standards and visual guidelines on the sales floor and back-of-house.
• Provides product knowledge and fashion styling guidance to customers.
• Supports floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
• Participates in company trainings and initiatives.
