Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Understand sales objectives and meet or exceed KPI targets.
• Collaborate with team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans.
• Engage customers using the Polo Connect program and educate on programs and offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms with sizing and store presentation.
