You will greet customers, assist with styling, product knowledge, fitting rooms, and available programs, while upholding the brand's service and presentation standards.

In this role you will maintain store standards, support replenishment and floor sets, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a high-profile environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals.
• Assist customers with styling, product knowledge, fitting rooms, and available programs.
• Maintain store standards, visual presentation, and sales floor and back-of-house operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support replenishment, floor sets, and other store activities.
