Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking Brand Ambassadors to provide an exceptional customer experience in our stores. You will engage shoppers with style expertise, drive sales, and uphold brand standards across all touchpoints. This entry-level role emphasizes teamwork, inclusivity, and a customer-first mindset.

You’ll participate in ongoing trainings, support floor operations, and help customers via the Polo Connect program, ensuring an outstanding RL experience at all times.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meet or exceed individual KPI targets (SPH, data capture, etc.).
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans with team.
• Engage customers through Polo Connect program and fashion knowledge.
• Assist in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards.
• Support opening/closing duties and floor/stock operations.
• Participate in store trainings and company initiatives.
