Responsibilities

• Lead by example and manage day-to-day operations of the branch teller line.
• Coordinate teller line scheduling and referral goals.
• Be branch point person for audits and SOP updates.
• Coach and develop teller staff to improve performance.
• Balance cash drawers and monitor error records; resolve outages.
• Process deposits, teller transactions and referrals to partners.
