Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years related work experience in customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and standard applications.
• Ability to travel to attend internal education and meetings, which in some circumstances could include overnight stay and multiple hours of travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch teller line.
• Provide coaching to assist in the development of the teller line team and others to be better.
• Monitor performance and report to management.
• Make sales calls via phone or video conferencing to clients and/or prospects weekly.
• Maintain balancing and error records and correct outages.
• Advise Branch Manager on hiring and training needs.
• Ensure security, risk management, and compliance.
