Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and manage branch teller line operations.
• Schedule teller coverage and monitor referrals to meet goals.
• Prepare for audits and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Coach tellers to develop skills and performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Refer customers to bank partners and follow up on needs and referrals.
• Maintain security, risk management and compliance.
