Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Lead Teller to provide exceptional client service, manage teller operations, and coach staff in a Dublin, OH branch. You will identify financial needs, transition clients to bankers, and ensure compliance with branch procedures.

The role requires 3+ years in client relations and cash handling, with strong PC skills and a results-driven mindset. A notary license is preferred and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
• 3+ years experience in cash handling.
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows based applications and calculator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture and coaching tellers.
• Assumes responsibility for teller functions and coaching in branch.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Transition clients to a Banker for financial wellness conversations.
• Support branch manager in onboarding and training new tellers.
