Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by adhering to customer service standards and digital demonstrations.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demos and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers and address needs proactively.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Own escalated account services issues until resolution and log complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Perform branch operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Handle customer/account maintenance and AML/KYC activities.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls; support audit points and promote belonging.
