• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities
• Engage in lobby management and address customers' immediate needs
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank policy
• Own escalated account service issues and log complaints
• Transition sales opportunities to appropriate banking partners
• Perform branch operational activities such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately
• Complete AML/KYC related activities and comply with regulatory standards
• Support a belonging, customer-centric environment and uphold M&T Bank brand
• Stay current on operational changes and manage risk to prevent losses
