• Engage in lobby management, greet customers, and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Own escalated account service issues and log all customer complaints.
• Refer identified sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Complete branch operational tasks (cash orders, vault, ATM, wires) as needed.
• Handle consumer AML/KYC processes and maintain compliance with risk controls.
