Responsabilidades

• Educate customers on banking solutions and recommend suitable products.
• Engage customers to drive the use of digital banking tools.
• Explain loan application criteria and process.
• Handle servicing tasks for Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Follow sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand banking relationships.
• Manage lobby, greet customers, and identify solutions.
• Introduce banking partners when opportunities arise.
• Adhere to AML/BSA/KYC procedures and escalate suspected fraud.
• Log customer interactions accurately in the system.
