Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions.
• Educate customers via shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers and address needs.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following policy.
• Own escalated account issues until resolution; log complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Complete branch operations (cash orders, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/BSA/KYC activities and ensure compliance.
• Promote an environment reflecting M&T Bank's brand and values.
