Job summary

Neighbors Credit Union, a growing not-for-profit financial institution, is seeking a senior leader to guide member experiences across multiple markets. You will drive service excellence, oversee daily operations, and coach a team to deliver trusted financial guidance.

Responsibilities include leading digital service adoption, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering strong member outcomes through effective staff development and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Five years of leadership experience in financial services.
• Experience delivering exceptional member experiences.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and their applications.
• Proficiency with office software and digital service tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and strategic support across markets or departments.
• Drive service and growth initiatives for member acquisition and retention.
• Resolve complex member issues with sound judgment and ownership.
• Educate members on digital and electronic service delivery channels.
• Lead and model high-quality member engagement across all channels.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of member records and systems.
• Coach and develop team members and resolve problems.
• Oversee cash handling and financial transactions when needed.
• Maintain regulatory and risk leadership and compliance.
• Lead supervisory operational functions with accountability.
• Directly supervise two or more team members and provide coaching.
• Exercise sound people-management judgment and disciplinary actions.
