Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in financial services or related role.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Willing to work Saturdays as needed.
• Must reside within a commutable distance to Vacaville, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team to meet production and growth goals.
• Educate members about our Mission, Vision and Awesome Cause.
• Develop and engage in community events to expand business relationships.
• Coach staff with career development and coaching plans.
• Ensure CRM productivity and effective member conversations.
