This full-time role emphasizes digital service adoption, accurate records, and cross-channel engagement. You’ll oversee cash handling when needed and help develop a high-performing, service-focused culture with strong risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in service delivery leadership of a financial institution.
• Expertise with financial products and member experiences.
• Proficient in office technologies and digital service tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership across markets with focus on service delivery.
• Drive service growth by setting expectations and monitoring outcomes.
• Resolve complex member issues with sound judgment.
• Lead digital service adoption for branch and member devices.
• Model high-quality member engagement across channels.
• Maintain accurate member records and comply with guidelines.
• Coach and develop team members and resolve complaints.
• Oversee cash handling and transactional execution when needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and risk practices.
• Supervise operations including auditing, ITM/ATM oversight, and vault maintenance.
• Directly lead two or more team members and provide training.
• Apply good people-management with discipline when required.
