Liberty Bay Credit Union in Massachusetts seeks a versatile leader to bridge retail operations with our technical modernization efforts. You will oversee member services, sales, technology, and compliance, acting as a liaison to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service.

You’ll drive growth through business development, mentor branch staff, lead system upgrades (core banking conversions), and represent the credit union at community events, delivering exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of management experience in Retail Banking.
• Proven history of system conversions in a financial institution; familiarity with Fiserv DNA, Corelation preferred.
• Solid track record in driving sales and growth in banking or credit unions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, zero-defect mindset.

Responsibilities

• Bridge retail operations with technology modernization and compliance.
• Lead branch teams to deliver high-quality member service and achieve targets.
• Serve as project lead for banking system upgrades, including testing and staff training.
• Drive member growth through business development and referral partnerships.
• Represent the credit union at community events and manage overflow call processing.
