The role oversees daily operations, coaching, risk management, and adherence to regulations while promoting digital service adoption and high-quality engagement across in-person and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in service delivery leadership of a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and how to apply them to member needs.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams across multiple markets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and strategic support across markets.
• Drive proactive service and growth initiatives.
• Escalation and resolution leadership for complex member issues.
• Educate members and team on digital/electronic service delivery.
• Lead member engagement across in-person, calls, and video.
• Maintain accuracy of member records and systems.
• Coach and develop team members; address complaints and improve processes.
• Oversee cash handling and transaction execution.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations; promote fraud awareness.
• Oversee supervisory operational functions: auditing, ITM/ATM, cash, vault.
• Directly lead and evaluate two or more team members across markets.
• Demonstrate sound people-management with discipline and performance.
