Job summary

Empeople Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, coach a sales-driven team, and drive member growth. You will ensure service excellence, manage staff, and promote credit union products to meet member needs.

Responsibilities include coaching on sales, maintaining regulatory compliance, and representing the credit union at community events to build relationships and new memberships.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a sales environment.
• Proven track record of establishing relationships and leading a branch team.
• Strong leadership and management abilities with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch with focus on growth and exceptional member service.
• Coaching staff to build sales competencies and ensure operational soundness.
• Achieve sales goals including referrals, loans, and new memberships.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and member follow-ups for strong service.
• Act as brand ambassador at events and in the community.
