Job summary

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in retail banking or financial services.

• Experience using performance metrics and analytics to improve results.
• Experience implementing new technologies or processes to improve service models.

Responsibilities

• Champion a consistent, relationship-focused member experience across all branch locations.
• Lead sales philosophy and ensure needs-based conversations and referrals are simple and effective.
• Develop leadership programs and coaching across the branch network.
• Monitor performance across member experience, sales, operations and engagement.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
