Job summary

F&M is seeking a Branch Supervisor to manage Personal Bankers and Tellers, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to bank policies. The role includes handling deposits, loan referrals, and cross-selling products to strengthen customer relationships.

The position requires leadership experience, strong communication, and a solid understanding of banking products. The role includes supervising staff, scheduling, and maintaining office operations to support daily business flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/ or Associate’s Degree required.
• Basic math and computer skills needed.
• Internal candidate should have completed Personal Banker 1 & 2 Development plans.
• Working knowledge of banking/financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Personal Bankers and Tellers to ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
• Coach staff on sale and service skills and utilize BN Control.
• Open/Close office and maintain building upkeep; schedule staff; approve time reports.
• Sign Cashier’s Checks / Wires to approved limits; oversee training of new staff.
• Ensure direct reports’ testing/assessments and performance evaluations are completed timely.
• Promote and cross-sell Bank products and services to customers.
