Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking an Operations Services Supervisor to oversee the operational management of one branch and lead the service line team. The role processes teller transactions and customer requests while educating customers about bank capabilities and tools.

The supervisor identifies sales opportunities and supports branch sales efforts. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's or equivalent experience in financial services, with strong management, customer service, and communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience OR High School Diploma with 5 years in financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management.
Experience in financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management.
Knowledge of retail banking products and services.

Responsibilities
