Responsibilities

• Supervise branch staff and operations; coordinate with Branch or District Manager
• Assist in establishing growth, sales and profit objectives; monitor performance
• Solicit new business from current and prospective customers; maintain relationships for cross-selling
• Monitor sales and customer service performance; discuss with manager regularly
• Maintain knowledge of consumer products and services; identify customer needs
• Conduct staff meetings; ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Open and maintain deposit accounts; approve loans with oversight as needed
• Travel to other branches in the area to provide support and staffing as needed
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal controls; complete training requirements
