Job summary

F&M Bank’s Operations Supervisors are responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in achieving sales, customer experience, operations, premises, and productivity goals of the branch. This role is directly responsible for the staffing, scheduling, training and performance of bank teller duties on a daily basis.

F&M Bank seeks an experienced supervisor with 3–5 years in financial services, strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of financial services experience, including branch operations in a supervisory role.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; AA degree or higher preferred.
• Experience using banking core systems and PC applications such as Windows, Outlook, and SilverLake.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales, customer experience, operations, premises, and productivity goals.
• Staffing, scheduling, training and performance of bank teller duties on a daily basis.
• Model exemplary customer service and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Coordinate cross-training to promote operational versatility and efficiency.
