Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in financial services or branch operations management.
• HS diploma or GED with 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management.
• Preferred area of experience: Management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues; initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities; engage coaching and bank initiatives to enhance activities.
• Comply with regulations, bank policies, procedures and authorities to manage risk related to personal interactions, customer transactions and financial exposures; complete required training on deadlines; maintain operational efficiency.
• Lead and coach a team to deliver results that create value for customers and meet financial expectations; collaborate with bank partners and cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
