Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Associate Service Manager to partner with the Service Manager to provide operational support and oversight across the Market and Branch. The role includes money movement, trade support, approvals, and audit prep, with an emphasis on process improvement and compliance.

You will train and coach Service Associates, maintain strong relationships with Branch and Home Office partners, and ensure adherence to Firm policies while supporting digital offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with coaching and compliance.
• Identify Morgan Stanley services and digital offerings to support clients.
• Facilitate training as Learning Partner for new hires Service Associates.
• Maintain relationships with Branch, Market, Region and Home Office partners.
• Promote a culture aligned with Firm values including diversity and inclusion.
• Organize and lead SA meetings on enhancements, policy changes, and trainings.
• Provide ongoing training by answering daily inquiries and coaching on procedures.
• Oversee service transaction approvals and processes and maintain logs and files.
• Perform QA reviews of document handling and support remediation actions before deadlines.
• Respond to client inquiries/requests and ensure audit readiness and compliance.
• Participate in national calls to learn platform changes and share best practices.
• Implement process improvements to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Assist with trade adjustments and response to operational alerts.
• Execute delegated actions to meet service level expectations and escalate issues as needed.
• Support special projects and serve as a resource to Sales, Risk and Home Office.
