Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Service Associate to provide operational support and branch administration, handling document maintenance, money movement, trade support and approvals. You will resolve issues using available resources and escalate when needed.

You will assist with audits, onboarding support, and liaison with Sales, Service, Risk and Home Office partners. The role emphasizes accuracy, formal processes and timely completion of requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred; industry experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Team player, able to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage documents, including quality reviews for accuracy and completeness, scanning and electronic filing.
• Oversee and distribute mail, including sorting and time stamping across multiple points.
• Perform money movement functions such as check deposits, issuing checks and approvals.
• Assist with processing of trade adjustments and responding to operational alerts.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance with ongoing monitoring.
