Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Associate Service Manager to partner with the Service Manager in providing operational support across the Market. You will oversee approvals, audits, and service processes while coaching Service Associates and ensuring adherence to Firm policies.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-team collaboration, and ongoing process improvements to enhance efficiency and client service quality.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a college degree preferred, and Series 7/9/10/66/63/65 licenses.
• At least 2 years of industry experience required (5 years recommended).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with coaching and adherence to Firm policies.
• Identify Firm services and digital offerings to support client needs.
• Facilitate training as Learning Partner for new Service Associates.
• Maintain relationships with key partners across Branch, Market, Region and Home Office.
• Promote a diverse, compliant branch culture aligned with Firm values.
• Organize and lead meetings to inform about enhancements, policy changes, and trainings.
• Provide ongoing SA training and coaching on systems, procedures, and policies.
