Qualifications

• Active securities licenses listed or equivalent registrations favored.
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience; 5 years recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with coaching focus.
• Identify Firm services to support client needs including digital tools.
• Facilitate training for new hires and maintain partner relationships.
• Oversee service transaction approvals, money movement, and document handling.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and drive remediation actions.
• Ensure compliance with Firm policies and regular self-audits.
• Collaborate on national calls and share best practices.
• Advance process improvements to boost productivity.
• Resolve client inquiries and operational alerts promptly.
• Support special projects and partner with Sales, Risk, and Home Office.
