Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Associate Service Manager in New York to partner with the Service Manager on operational support, approvals, audit prep and escalation. You will coach Service Associates, lead branch initiatives, and ensure process discipline across the Market in alignment with Firm policies.

You will facilitate trainings, oversee money movement, trade support, and client inquiries while driving continuous improvement and strong risk and compliance practices in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 9/10 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65) registrations required.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience, with 5 years recommended.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong performance in current role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with focus on consistency, quality, and compliance.
• Oversee service transactions, approvals, money movement, and audit readiness.
• Coach Service Associates and facilitate trainings for new hires.
• Collaborate with Service Manager to ensure policy compliance and risk controls.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Respond to client inquiries and operational alerts; manage escalations.
