You will supervise trade support, money movement, approvals, audits, and training of Service Associates while promoting firm policies and diversity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS), Series 9 and 10 (SU), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• At least 2 years of industry experience required (5 years recommended).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with consistency, quality, and compliance.
• Oversee service transaction approvals, money movement, and document handling.
• Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance with regular self-audits.
• Participate in national calls to learn platform changes and share best practices.
• Identify process improvements to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Assist with special projects and cross-functional collaboration.
