Job summary

Morgan Stanley seeks a Business Service Officer to lead branch teams of Support Professionals and drive the service strategy across the market. You’ll coach staff, ensure consistency, and collaborate with Sales, Risk, and HR to deliver on service initiatives and governance.

You will supervise onboarding, performance reviews, and cross‑training while maintaining strong partner relationships at multiple levels. Strong leadership and regulatory awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education.
• Previous industry experience.
• Active Series 7 (GS), Series 9 and Series 10 (SU), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series65 (RA) required.
• Other licenses as required for the role or by management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing the organization’s strategic priorities with coaching and adherence to policies.
• Supervise a team of Support and Service Professionals and promote development.
• Interview, select, and onboard new hires including Financial Advisors and their teams.
• Partner with HR and MBSO on performance reviews and conflict resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with Branch, Market, Region and Home Office teams.
• Manage coverage for Advisors and recognize market achievements.
• Participate in national calls to learn platform changes and policy updates.
