Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Active Series7 (GS), Series9 and Series10 (SU), Series66 (AG/RA) or Series63 (AG) and Series65 (RA).
• At least 2 years of industry experience required (5 years recommended).
• Demonstrated supervisory decision‑making and leadership capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with coaching to ensure consistency, quality and compliance.
• Oversee service transactions, approvals and audit readiness with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Facilitate training for new hire Service Associates and share best practices.
• Collaborate with partners to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
• Manage relationships across Market, Region and Home Office; participate in calls.
