Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Active securities licenses listed above are required or targeted.
• At least 2 years of industry experience; 5 years recommended.
• Demonstrated strong performance in current role over the past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities with a focus on consistency, quality, and compliance.
• Identify services and solutions to support clients’ needs, including secure digital offerings.
• Provide training as Learning Partner for new hire Service Associates.
• Maintain relationships with key partners within Branch, Market, Region and Home Office.
• Promote Morgan Stanley core values and diversity and inclusion.
• Organize and lead meetings with Service Associate Team on enhancements and trainings.
• Deliver on-the-spot coaching and ongoing SA training for system, procedure, and policy inquiries.
• Oversee service transaction approvals and processes (trade errors, money movement, document handling, cashiering, maintenance).
• Ensure QA reviews of document handling and branch-wide operations.
• Lead remediation efforts and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Assist with handling client inquiries/requests and audits.
• Collaborate on Audit Readiness with CBSO, CM, BSOs and SAs; participate in national policy updates.
• Identify process improvements to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Support processing of trade adjustments and responses to alerts.
• Execute delegated reports to meet service levels.
• Address and mitigate service breaks with leadership.
