Peak Credit Union in Eugene, OR seeks a full-time Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and process member transactions across a branch network. You will travel to multiple branches to support staffing needs and provide accurate, efficient service.

You will engage members, identify opportunities for products, and maintain records while upholding security and BSA procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years' experience in sales, service, cash handling, loans, or operations in a financial institution.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with members and cross-sell products.
• Willingness to travel to multiple Oregon branches as needed.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist members entering the branch, guiding them to solutions with urgency to minimize wait times.
• Identify and originate all products and services offered by the credit union.
• Process and post member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments) accurately.
• Balance cash drawer, assist with vault, and enable daily reconciliation and compliance tasks.
• Follow security procedures and BSA regulations, including CTR/SAR when applicable.
• Provide on-site and remote support to branches as needed and mentor staff on product knowledge.
