Peak Credit Union is seeking a remote Member Service/Customer Support specialist to handle phone transactions, online banking support, and member inquiries. You will promote credit union products and meet referral goals.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:45am–6:00pm with rotating Saturdays; full-time remote in Oregon/Washington. Pay: target $18.70–$21.25 per hour; full range $17.00–$25.50 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), HSA, and FSA.

Qualifications

• Six months of sales or customer service experience; contact center experience is a plus.
