Job summary

Peak Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, lead a team, and drive member satisfaction. You will ensure efficient service delivery, cash controls, and adherence to policies while mentoring staff to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in retail financial services with progression to leadership/mentorship.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop staff and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including cash handling and audits.
• Lead branch team to attract new members and deepen relationships.
• Refer members to other products and services across the credit union.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct interviews and contribute to hiring decisions.
